SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS

Shipping costs are € 3.90 in the Iberian Peninsula and € 4.90 in the Balearic Islands, unless a special discount is applied. Shipping costs for other international orders will vary depending on the destination country.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is ready, we will send you an email with all the tracking information and a link where you can check the status of your order.

When your order has left our warehouses, you will receive an SMS or an email from our courier companies (Correos Express) with a tracking number.

To check the status of your order, access the Correos Express follow-up page (https://www.correos.es/ss/Satellite/site/aplicacion-localizador_envios-herramientas_y_apps/detalle_app-sidioma=es_ES).

If the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. The carrier may take a few hours to enter the tracking information into your system. Wait a few minutes and try again.

If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional costs that may result, or for the increase in delivery time indicated.
